In-App Purchases (IAP)
1. What can I purchase in Hexrunners?
Hexrunners offers a range of in-app purchases to enhance your gameplay, including gems, special boosters, and exclusive hero packs. These purchases allow you to unlock powerful items, speed up progress, and access limited-time content.
2. How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, visit the in-game shop by selecting the shopping cart icon from the main menu. Simply choose the item or pack you want, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the purchase through your app store’s payment system (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
3. My purchase didn’t go through. What should I do?
If you experience issues with a purchase, first check your internet connection and confirm that the payment was processed in your app store account. Sometimes purchases may take a few minutes to appear. If the item still does not appear in your inventory, try restarting the game. If the issue persists, please contact support with your UID and purchase receipt.
4. Are purchases refundable?
In-app purchases are generally non-refundable.
However, if you believe there has been an error with your purchase, please first confirm that the payment was successfully debited from your bank account and appears in your Google/Apple purchase history. If the transaction is recorded, kindly contact our support team with the required details (UID, receipt number, and date) so that we can review your request.
As per our Terms of Use, we typically do not issue refunds for purchases that have activated immediate bonuses or provided the player with instant in-game benefits.
5. Are refunds available for mistaken or unintended purchases?
Refunds will not be processed for purchases made in error or unintentionally. Examples of reasons that do not qualify for a refund include:
- A child made the purchase without permission.
- The purchase was made accidentally or unknowingly.
- Dissatisfaction with the game or service.
6. What happens if I request a refund for an in-game purchase?
Requesting a refund through Google or Apple Customer Support for an item that has already provided in-game benefits is considered fraudulent. Such actions will lead to an immediate and permanent restriction on your account.
To avoid any issues with account access, please submit all refund inquiries directly through our Support Portal, as abuse of refund policies may result in a permanent ban from our games.
7. Do I need to attach my UID when inquiring about a purchase?
Yes! Always include your UID and purchase receipt when reaching out for support regarding a purchase. This helps us verify your account and process your inquiry faster.
Account & Settings
1. How can I create an account?
You can create an account by downloading Hexrunners from the app store and following the registration instructions within the game. For added convenience, you can link your account to Unity Cloud Authentication, Google Play Games, or Apple Game Center.
2. Can I change my account information?
Currently, basic account details like your username can be modified in the settings menu. For security reasons, some information may require support assistance to change.
3. How do I link my account to other devices?
To link your account, ensure it is connected to Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. This will allow you to access your account on any device using the same credentials. However, we strongly advise against using the same account on multiple devices simultaneously or on virtual machines, as this may trigger the anti-cheat system and result in an automatic ban.
4. How can I delete my account?
We’re sorry to hear that you’re considering leaving! You can delete your account directly through the game by navigating to [Settings] – [Delete Account]; no need to contact support. Please review the precautions before proceeding, as deleted accounts and any purchased content cannot be recovered.
5. Do you need to check your UID information?
You can find your UID information by clicking on the gear icon for [Settings] in the top right-hand corner of the game screen.
If you click the [Copy] button, your UID will be automatically copied to your clipboard.
Remember! Make sure to include your UID when submitting a support ticket.
